MNF Game Day Menu Thread - Rams at 49'ers ...

Being a Monday evening 5:15 PST game, perhaps a dinner feast will be more on the agenda ?

As with every other game this season, I'm doing the take-out delivery routine once again. No mess, no fuss !

I'm going with a Mexican theme this time around, ... both Carne Asada & Carnitas Burritos, Chicken Nachos, Fish Tacos, Carne Asada soft Tacos, Beef Taquitos & Hard Shell Chicken Tacos. As per usual, Stella Artois.
The neighbors across the street are providing the Margaritas, Chips, Guacomole, Salsa and a Mexican Beer I'm unsure of at this time.

MNF is a late one, for me. My Monday dinner is likely ordering a pizza. But still TBD.

Driving home… been almost a month since I’ve been home… I’m just hoping to catch the game… whatever I eat, I hope it’s in celebration of a Rams’ victory over the 9ers!!!

My internet finally came back on last night. So I'll at least be able to watch the game at home now. We've been without internet since the hurricane last week.

Whatever we're eating tonight is going to be arranged by my wife. I probably won't eat anything till after the game. I'll be drinking my way through the game though... rum, lots of rum.

I try not to eat too heavy on night time Rams games. Being on the East coast makes it rough to stay awake through the entire game. A full and heavy stomach doesn’t help with that.

Think I'll whip up some kung pao chicken. Don't get off work until around 5 though so that'll be fun during the game but it's quick.

Think I'll go at half time and pick up some Pho and Salad rolls at our favorite Pho place in town. Keeping it simple.

I'm away on a cruise to Portugal and Spain this week... so I'll be watching the game via shitty, expensive satellite WiFi at 2am. My GF doesn't know this yet hah. Might have to find a quiet corner on the ship somewhere. Anyway, no cooking for me.

Yeah man. If i am gonna eat, it has to be an hour or more before the damn game. Especially when it comes to games against these cheese eating sonsabitches. I plan on putting some kind of base down around 6...then pouring booze all over it,.

I wasn't going to cook but this thread made me Hangry. So I went to the market and grabbed a rack of baby backs... I will cook them in the slow cooker and finish them in the broiler so I won't miss any of the game other than beer trips to the fridge of course.
And Mrs. America made some Rams cupcakes too. yummy
