I love the way the media was playing up the niners injuries....missing McCaffrey, Kittle and Deebo....while the Rams missing their top 2 receivers and 2 of their best OL was an afterthought.

Not to mention our starting TE and Corner, Higby and Williams.

Some yes but not all.

Watching Get Up this morning. No mention of the Rams-Niners game until the 2nd hour but then Greenberg said it was one of the best games of the day. Someone mentioned the 49ers injuries; and all three commentators ... Rex Ryan and Teddy Bruschi (I'm not a fan of either), plus Damien Woody (him I like) ... immediately said they did not want to hear any excuses about San Francisco's injuries because the Rams had even more injuries. Woody exaggerated and said ... 'half the Rams' roster is on IR'

From the WhinerZone.... roasting Kyle, big time!

How can he STILL not know how to finish a game?

I understand we had some key pieces missing.. but Rams also had players out.

We still found a way to have the lead.. looked like we were about to blow them out in the 1st QTR... but some how some way... Kyle finds a way for us to lose this game. Or at least doesn't find a way to prevent the team from finding a way to lose this game.

Nope. If he learned a lesson he would daft positions we need.

Little moves here and there that make the difference. When the little things have to be done, we come up short in spite of having more talent on paper. Ronnie Bell, the defensive coordinator, DL, special teams, etc.

I actually expect this team to right the ship. They'll get hot at some point. I also expect to be let down in the biggest moment because of a little thing here or there that doesn't get done. I wish Belichek were willing to have come in and done whatever he wanted on D. I guarantee there would be focus on eliminating the opposing team's top player or two on offense. Seems we're doomed to be number 2 at best.

We had a timeout left on that big PI call on our LB.

How does Kyle or the DC NOT use the timeout when it was the Rams knew we were in man and had their TE one one one with our run stuffing linebacker?

Like the timeout was just sitting there... and.. nothing?

Did Kyle NOT remind the DC "if you see anything bad pre-snap, we have a timeout left ok..let me know".

He has learned that blowing 10 point leads can also be done in the regular season too
We had posters in in the gameday thread saying watch out for the fake on that punt before it happened... Ill prepared.

Helluva coach but finishing games is obviously not his thing as of now.

Glad people are waking up.. Kyle is missing something as a coach

This loss - like the 2 SB losses under his regime - is on Shanahan 100%. Dude's surpassed hi abilities seasons ago. He's not going to get better and he's not suddenly going to figure out how to close out a game when you have a two-score lead with half a quarter to go.

NO KILLER INSTINCT! TAKED AFTER HIS CUCK OF A FATHER

Nothing, he knows Shannafans and dumbass Jed will never hold him accountable.

Kyle blows another 10 point lead in 6 minutes to a Rams squad that is the most injured team in the league. Kyle hasn't learned Jack Shi*. Dude will never win a super bowl. Not here. Not somewhere else.

REPLACE HIM WITH JOHN LYNCH NOW!!!!

Kyle ain't going anywhere cause he is jeds bud. Is what it is.

Kyle has been the same since he came into the league. He will never change.

The 49ers are getting old and oft injured very quickly.

Kyle clearly hasn't learned anything if you judge him under the microscope of this week 3 loss.

So many repeated mistakes with the worst blowing a 10 point lead late in the game and going conservative while your D is getting walked on. It's like the last two superbowls again except vs a team fielding backups at every level.

He won't learn. He hasn't since he took over the team in 2017. He was part of the epic super bowl collapse in Atlanta. He's a great offensive mind, but a horrible head coach. You have a 10 point lead midway through the 4th quarter, and you abandon the run and get pass happy. Sound familiar ? That's right….2019 Super Bowl. Remember what Ward said ? The Chiefs were so happy Kyle put the ball in his QB's hands. Brock played lights out, but with you're in the 4th quarter and you have a big lead, you use your running game to close it out. Oh they were setting up the D to stop the run? So learn to scheme around it, you f**king offensive genius Call a god damn screen. Misdirect and hand the ball to Juice. Kill the f**king clock instead of sending Purdy back and looking for his receivers. Even Mark Sanchez at one point commented that we need to stop with all the theatrics and just hand the ball off. Even Tony Romo called out our predictable schemes in the SB last year.

Kyle Shanahan is a clown. He will never change. He doesn't know how to adapt because he has a super high OC IQ, but a head coaching IQ of a Neanderthal

This is funniest part. John Lynch? The guy who traded 3 Super Bowl trophies for Trey Lance? Make sure you put that on your resume when you apply for the job, pal.

Remember, the Rams hired Sean McVay without even giving Kyle an interview. It was the right call.

I love that Ratboy is getting a reputation for choking away leads. In 3 different Super Bowls (one as OC, 2 as HC), an NFCC, and now this.

My family is pretty quiet today.
My buddy texted me a few times in the 1st half. Havent heard shit from him today. When his wife, my boss, saw me this morning she couldnt help but laugh when I asked if he watched the whole game. He hates sports, but will root for whoever the Rams are playing, and he has nothing better to do at work on Sunday than watch the Rams game.
