hey guys would you guys be in or out on two trades such as:

Marcus peters and a pick for jalen Ramsey

Or

Cooks for Antonio Brown and a pick/ Cooks for Odell and a pick

I'm curious to see how you all would feel I'd really love Ramsey and cheaper for now and we'll cooks gets traded every year so should we keep with tradition???;-)

In all seriousness would you guys do any of these or both or none.

The Cooks trades aren't realistic. I'd rather not spend a high pick trying to upgrade from Peters to Ramsey. Those picks are too important.

Even if Cooks alone could return Brown or OBJ, I wouldn't do it. Brown and OBJ are the exact opposite of We, Not Me.

McVay seems like he’s rather have pieces instead of personality.

Cooks isn’t as good as OBJ or AB. They both would of caught both of those end zone passes, but I don’t think we get to the super bowl with either of them. The offense spreads the ball well.

But if I was playing madden, based off the playoffs. I’d try to trade Gurley for OBJ or AB, and resign CJ for a quarter of Gurleys contract. But I don’t have to listen to them talk on madden.

.

All three are bozos. Wouldn't want them anywhere near the rams. The cheats have it down pat, get players that do their job. That's exactly what the rams need, not "look at me" players.

Cooks just signed and with guarantees/bonus probably not tradable.

Besides, with 4 straight +1000yds... and his role on this team... why would we?

I do like trade speculation topics though. Perhaps there are others to hypothesize.

Cooks is a perfect fit for this offense , brown and obj need the ball too much.

I like the Peter's idea , I think the jags have had enough of his antics

Xavien Howard or Ramsey are both potentially available and probably similar in cost. I think I'd rather give Howard a long-term contract.

I'm not sure how we would pull it off but man imagine pulling off a trade for Von Miller. Miller & Fowler at the edge spots would be nastttttttttyyyyyyy!

I expect them to be in the mix on Reed when the Skins try to move him. Maybe a cheaper type deal will be doable.

But the Rams cannot afford to squander picks, they need to finish up this defensive rebuild with draft value which will give them lower cost and team control. We are already picking late and have no round 2 pick so proceed carefully.

How has Fowler graded out in games? He didn't exactly have that "splash game" besides one, if I recall.

I guess what I am saying is; are we (fans) enamoured with him like we were with Barron?

Linebacker, edge, and depth at CB feels like our top priorities to me.

Even if we could trade for some of those big names, the cost of picks or the salary expectations would make it so we can't keep them for long. It would take some serious Snead magic to pull that off

Think about teams that have just changed head coaches and/or coordinators. Those teams could be willing to part with good players who no longer fit their new system.

After the draft, check out teams who may have used a high draft pick to replace a good-not-great player who may be in the last year of his contract.

Von Miller. Trade a higher round draft pick for Miller and a lower round draft pick. Miller and Donald. Wow.

I only bring up cooks cause as much as I love him those big contested catches are crucial and could change a game as we saw especially an ugly game you need that guy but I'm ok with leaving the offense alone beside the line id definitely tinker there.

But the jalen Ramsey one I would love to do he is younger better faster and a way better scream fit not to mention cheaper. So that's your lock down guy use the draft to eventually get realistic successor and I'd do that trade in a heartbeat. And to be honest maybe biased but I don't think it would take a high pick to go with peters. Peters isn't chopped liver and would probably flourish with that def. I think it would be a must trade if it were available.

Cooks has impressed in his first year with Goff. He and Goff can grow old together on the Rams as far as I am concerned.

While Peters settled in once Talib returned - I have a hard time watching someone who is afraid to make a tackle. I think the Rams could do better but I have to remember they could also do worse - so maybe one more prove it or move on year could be the right decision. $9m isn't cheap but a proven shutdown corner would be considerably more.

Ramsey talks too much. I'd prefer Xavien Howard. I was hoping they would have pursued Bouye when he was available.

Cooks is good. No need to bring attitude players in to replace him. There was an article a few months ago claiming Brown has Bern a PIA ever since he got drafted. OBJ is the same way.

Isn't Xavien Howard still under contract with the Dolphins. Is he being shopped for cap relief?
