This kid looks like a playmaker to me . He's always around the ball and isn't afraid to hit .
Looks like a good move by Snead moving down and getting more picks and a guy they could've taken in round one with no complaints.
 
Rapp could have 4 picks with three of them pick sixes if he held onto the other two and the one wasn't taken away by penalty.

As he gets more experience, he's going to make a big splash I think.
