GDMT: What's on your plate?

Continuing on with the using of leftovers from Thursday.

I am going to make pork chops served on a bed of stuffing with a side of applesauce.

The stuffing has bell peppers and pasilla in it so it is very flavorful (I typically add some cheese to the stuffing when I make this meal - swiss - not sure I am going to today)

Chicken Marsala today.

Going to pair it with some left over side dishes.

Bean burritos. But I have cold Sam Adams so it's all good.

Gonna be a simple night here as I have to go out of town for work tomorrow. Spaghetti with (chicken) meat sowse and a nice big salad.
