Continuing on with the using of leftovers from Thursday.
I am going to make pork chops served on a bed of stuffing with a side of applesauce.
The stuffing has bell peppers and pasilla in it so it is very flavorful (I typically add some cheese to the stuffing when I make this meal - swiss - not sure I am going to today)
