Cool, cool.depends on your wallet and what you desire to smoke.

but i know there are better ones out there - if you have deeper pockets and/or desire to smoke stuff above 275 degrees, I would either guess an Acorn or a Green Egg.. @Selassie I ,any suggestions for him?

I am thinking the traditional stuff....ribs, chicken, some sausage and fish.
That will do me Den! Sounds ( and looks) amazing. Viva la France.Ribeye Steak, roasted potatoes and Tomato-Parmesan Gratin for me accompanied with a glass of Pinot Noir with a toast and a prayer for Paris!

Very cool, thanks.should be fine with the one i linked then.. i've done all those except sausage - also did turkey (like thanksgiving size), sirloin jerkey, ham, and prime rib.
Crab legs and snow crab are something else in the smoker - particularly with cherry juicy juice in the water bowl and cherry wood
Its still breakfast out here on the left coast. One of my favorites.
