Will be good enough to lead the way for the Rams this year? Will the offense be a more ground and pound play action type offense if JG winds up being the Qb? Somewhat similar to the Whiners style of offense under Garoppolo. If Garoppolo plays the majority of the season what is the Rams record and how much does your excitement/expectations drop off? I was extremely stoked coming into the season only to be kicked in the nuts with whats happening with Stafford.

Might as well swallow your ROOSTER as well. Maybe you can actual ROOT without a big Richard interfering.

This is sort of a BS Question IMO. To doubt Mattew Stafford & The Rams on what there telling you is going on . SO I start there & say right now your question is a FARCE!!

2nd Jimmy G can throw the ball downfield.IMO having The EXTRA (depth)Beef up front is better than EVER!

3rd - go watch the Jets game & Davonte Adams from last season. To think he has had more off season reps with Stafford than he had with say Aaron Rogers last season. Then ask about Puka’s health?

4th - this TE group is just going to open things up for the offense. The depth & having Tyler Higbee back & in training camp leading the way ?

5th.Then signing Kyren & having all that depth behind him.

6th - OC going into his 3rd season with Sean Mcvay ? You think they have an idea about what they want to do on offense??

- defense- we’ll look at last season, then add Pona Ford to the Line.
Nick Landman will be the SO called wildcard.
The DB’s - the elite 8 of there backend. They were there in The End 2024 -To new beginnings, they will only be more connected.

If and when this group finds themselves in a deep playoff game, I expect the secondary will come up short. Only way that doesn't happen is if the defensive front dominates.

Which is possible. But I don't think we will have enough defense to cover an offense that doesn't have Stafford.

And I don't think Stafford will survive without Jackson.

And I don't think Jackson is gonna be able to log a full season, also may not even be up for the playoff run.

So for now and until we get some good injury news, I'd put the Rams in the contenders, but more as a darkhorse due to QB and LT concerns.

I think he’s telling you to suck your own dick. Why? I haven’t figured that out yet. Maybe you have too much blood flowing there and can’t think, that’s the best I could come up with.

I'll bet your tombstone would read: "Here I lay. I expected it to happen. And it did!"

Honestly? If our O-line can pave way for the running backs, good for them. If they can pass-protect Stafford or Garoppolo or even Bennett, good for them. If our secondary is just good enough to give Verse, Fiske, Turner, Young, Stewart, and Ford enough time to get to the opposing quarterback, good for them. If we stop the run with our guys? You guessed it, good for them.

Whatever wins games. They can be ugly as hell, but I'll take ugly wins. Whatever helps us win - with the caveat that it's not cheating.

In short? Yes, I think they'll be good enough. I think the offense will be good enough. I think our special teams is better. This is a team that is going to fight for a Super Bowl spot, I truly believe that.

Well if you want to play games and try to characterize me as negative due to a negative take carry on with your bad selves. But I've been on this site long enough with the both of you that you know that's not true.

LT is a problem until it isn't. QB is a problem until it isn't. And our secondary is completely dependent on that elite rush.

Classic Rock's last gasp, "grunge."

A bunch o good songs but nothing ever coming close to Rock's heyday of the 60's and 70's.

Mostly a bunch of head-case crybabies that brought on self-imposed suicides to weak minded Cobain, Staley, Cornell, that STP guy. Yawn

Call me 90's, when you can produce studs in the music field such as Henley, McCartney, Townsend, Jagger, Daltrey

Punk in the 70s and grunge in the 90s weren’t for everyone but they recalibrated rock back to its raw honest core. Punk/new wave killed disco and grunge killed hair metal. For that I am grateful.

That SO far from the TRUTH!! But you can make it a problem.

The Rams are showing depth at LT.It’s better than Joseph Noteboom last season. If
You don’t like Alaric Jackson & his sign is fair enough.Still D.J. Humphries is a nice veteran to have on the roster. SO don’t see the problem compared to last season when Alaric Jackson was suspended.WE know what about his Sutro start the season ?
-I guess the problem is there, but game 1 is still 3 weeks away.

That said same with Mattew Stafford.I’ll go with what Big Whit says about his health. Plus mainly with Mattew Stafford’s toughness over the YEARS. Still Jimmy g is Solid, but you can be NEGATIVE!!

Well - I guess we’ll see what happens early with The DB’s ,but Ahkello is solid.Williams is a baller & his size(height) has been an issue.
Durant is in a contract year.Q.Lake as well. Both players are going to get PAID in 2026. Jaylen is a nice player. He played well as a rookie & should only be better.

—If you watch the defense much ? The Rams play a lot of nickel & dime w/ 2 LB. The coverage is tough. They fit The pass rush & defense well.
—The LBer group should only get better which should work well with The DB’s

Once again your talking about problems from players that are being held out to make sure they’re healthy for the season.

Emmanuel Forbes gave Aubrey a lot of LOVE going into this Chargers game where he will be THE HEAD COACH!!! I’ll just say FORBES will be a PROBLEM- 4 other TEAMS!!

"Do you think the Rams defense" will be a top 5 unit this year? Yes, I actually do. I saw how they rounded into form late last year and watched 17 sacks in 2 playoff games against 2 of the best olines in the league. They will raise the bar this year and multiple players will be up for Pro Bowl consideration, like the entire front 5. Just a little honest optimism.

I hope I’m wrong but depth at Edge and below average CBs could hold them back a bit.
