It's great to see how closely the players and coaches are working together. The entire Rams organization is on the same positive vibe. It's a great time to be a Rams fan.

I think you could really see that Pooh Paul stuff was cut before they released this episode. First "non-smooth" action in the series (from my perspective).

Man, if this aint the truth.
Nothing worse as a fan than to follow and be a fan of team that is, year after year, irrelevant. Not the worst in the league but not a threat to do anything but sniff a chance at a wildcard every now and then and lose their good players in FA.
We all know the Rams fans suffered over a couple of long stretches of this.
To have this team just not relevant, but fun, interesting and always a dangerous team to the rest of the NFL is great.
To see them doing this in a sustainable way is just fantastic......these could well be the "good ol days" of the future.

Demarco noting the smiles going into camp. Boy not in his day. They walked uphill before, during, after camp and on the way home with Vermiel crackin' that whip. :laugh1:

Difference in coaching styles for sure. One thing they have in common, both are very effective.

And, although they did it differently, they both have build great locker room culture.
Vermeil just willed the Rams culture to change into a positive, tough, winning mentality.
McVay exudes it and won't accept anything outside of that approach. Going to start some drama.....youre gone.

If health goes our way... Watch out NFL. Because this team is indeed loaded.

Really like this staff as well. Leaders and motivators to a man. Gould has helped the Rams to deliver a backfield room that finally might be able to answer the bell in the playoffs and allow Stafford to have a ground game behind him when it matters most. Also was cool to see that Scheelhaus doubles as a camp arm heheh.

Here's to a fast start this year and maybe the Rams being in that mix for home field and a playoff bye.

It just feels like 2021 again - albeit without the trade for Stafford. We will play well and get some luck down the stretch. Stafford rides off into the sunset with another ring.

100% agree with one wish (assuming good health):
-Add a CB and/or Edge before the trade deadline to add some juice to the defense for a deep playoff run.

Every time I think about our defense I get a huge smile on my face. I have a feeling (barring injuries) that our defensive group will be top 3 in the NFL this year, maybe even #1. There are a couple of question marks and hoping young players make the leap from year 1 to 2, but I have a feeling they're gonna be a wrecking ball this year.

GO Rams!
