I'm starting to get on the Shavon Revel train as well. Although I wouldn't be surprised if the Rams sign an experienced corner in FA.

Keep an eye on Tacario Davis (Arizona) as well. He's not the athletic freak that Revel is, but if Revel somehow goes earlier than us or if we trade into the mid-second, I'd love to get him. 6'4'" corner with length and instincts when the ball's in the air.

If he tests well, I could see him going in the first round or very high second as well. He's very young (will only turn twenty-one in next August) as well, so there's a lot of potential with him. Reminds me of the late Khyree Jackson.

I've seen the name but hadn't taken a look yet. I'll check him out. Would you prefer a free agent or draft a corner?

Draft. It's a strong cornerback class, even in the later rounds. Double-dip early, maybe triple-dip with a late-round corner.

We need to completely transform our secondary.

Agreed. From what I've heard about the running back class though I kinda want one by the third.

Draft a CB. The CB free agent class seems weak. OTOH, the CB draft class is very strong.

Free agency feels pretty week in general this year. I like the idea of Charvarious Ward or someone as a stop gap though.

It's tough to sign top free agent vets as a stop gap. Ward, DJ Reed, and such will be very expensive. I like DJ Reed but prefer to spend the free agent dollars on Tee Higgins.

We aren't and should not outbid the Pats for him. They have a crap ton of cap to spend. I think its a foregone conclusion that he is a Pat. Also, we happen to have a great scouting team when it comes to drafting WR's.

And one of the best WR coaches in the business. That said it's up to Higgins where he wants to sign and he very well could chose the Rams or another team over the Pats.

We have a great scouting team at drafting a certain type of WR. We can draft the ones who fit in the Kupp/Nacua mold and play the slot or Z position.

They have not been successful at drafting an X WR, which is why I propose they sign a good one.

IMO, if they offer a market rate, they can be competitive with any team.

Rocket Sanders is my pick for a late round running back. I've been a fan ever since his sophomore year at Arkansas.

The two in this game, Giddens, Jonah Coleman and Nicholas Singleton all interest me.
