25 picks feels like a long wait.

I am intrigued by Jaren Hall.

Corner feels like a crucial need and teams come out of these breaks firing accurately so I don't like waiting to fill it. Hoping they move up and get one of these guys on top of the board. Clark would be most excellent but move up and get 'er done.

Four selections in the fifth round. Unfortunately, all are late in the round.

Yeah it’s not likely they get a good one out moving up.

As long as Matthew is healthy, can remain upright, and has some effective fly guys, he is the type of QB that will make your team a SB contender every single blessed season. Give Cam some effective blockers who can punch holes in defensive walls, he may produce a 1300-1500 yard season. Give Aaron some defensive teammates with talent & heart, and he will lead by example.

Targets for today

Mallory / Kuntz / Whyle - probably need to nab a tight end with our 4th rounder if we are going to get one of these guys.

Jerrod Clark / Keondre Coburn - let’s get some mass at nose.

Owen Pappoe - sideline to sideline

Karl Brooks - keep finding disruption along the d line.

JL Skinner - just so we can tell “skinner!” In our best superintendent chalmers voice.

I also still want Dawand - I realize he may eat himself out of the league - but if he doesn’t?

I like Payne Durham from Purdue at TE as well but he will likely fall between our 4th and 5th round picks.

Mallory/Kuntz/Whylie will be next TE taken, but the guy I'd rather see is the kid from ND State, Gindorff.
Big kid, tough blocker, comes from a run 1st program
Guys I hope we get our mitts on today,
Adeboware DE
Abanikanda RB
Tune QB
Gindorff TE
& the risky pick Boutte WR

Yes to Boutte!

Boutte had an outstanding freshman season when Ja'Marr Chase went to the NFL. Struggled with an ankle injury after that, but at his best, he's speedy and has solid route-running skills. The main problem - injury aside - is his hands; he really needs work on the Juggs machine.

I wouldn't mind Abanikanda or Adeboware, but Sean Tucker is my choice for a running back, and I don't think Adeboware makes it to the fourth round pick of ours. Tune is an option, but I prefer Jaren Hall if we're going backup quarterback in round five.
